Tapco Slate Synthetic Plastic Roof Tile - 25 Pack
slate… but not as you know it!
Whether you have a conservatory, modern house or a listed building, Tapco Slate Synthetic Classic Tile adds splendour, elegance and tradition to your home. It is authentically shaped with textured surfaces and riven edges moulded from authentic slates that make Tapco Slate Classic almost indistinguishable from natural slate – yet it has an even more refined appearance. Tapco Synthetic Slate will not crack, break or delaminate, and its product formulation and manufacturing processes provide durability, performance, and longevity for many years to come. By providing a lightweight and easily installed product, installation costs are lower, with less waste!
Roofing slate has for centuries been desired for its durability and aesthetic appeal, but it does have drawbacks with its weight, pitch restrictions and brittleness. British Board of Agrément (BBA) certified and LABC Registered Details Tapco Slate Classic combines all the positive features of this beautiful, natural product, but adds practicality and enhanced performance to create a gorgeous roof that won’t break or delaminate, survives substantial impact, is very light in weight, easy to install, no sorting, clipping or drilling, has a 40-year warranty, can be used on lower pitches than those achievable with natural slate and overall roof costing is very competitive.
Ideal for New Build, Self-build, Modular Buildings, Renovation, Extensions, Conservatories, and Garden Rooms.
Available Colours: Pewter Grey (804), Stone Black (801), Plum (706), Brick Red (709), Chestnut Brown (712), Red Rock (809) or Olive Green (814)

How To Work Out amount required:
To work out the amount of tile required, please find out the pitch of the roof and use the coverage guide above to find the amount of tiles per m2 needed. Then, measure your roof and get a total size in m2. Once you have these numbers, multiply the amount by the coverage number, and this will give you a total number of tiles. Divide this by 25 to get the number of packs required. Please note that this does NOT take into account any cuts, waste or starter course for your project,
So the formula would be m2 x coverage number / 25 = PACKS REQUIRED.
